Dr. Peter Kutschera

Peter was born in the former Czechoslovakia. He studied Economics and Law at the University of Mannheim, Germany, graduated in 1983 and completed postgraduate studies (PhD) at the University of Mannheim. Before entering the Executive Search business in 1993 he held several management positions as Civil servant, Lawyer, General Manager of a software company, Managing Partner of a Consulting company for strategic marketing and investment in Prague. Peter has more than 17 years of experience in Executive Search, and is one of the co-founders of CSP Partners. Within CSP Partners he is responsible for Executive Search, HR Due Diligence and Cross-Border Search projects. Peter speaks Czech, German and English.

Mgr. Martina Kutscherová Vodešilová

Martina graduated from Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Philosophy and completed a post gradual study in Law. She started to work in the Executive Search business in 1996 as an Executive Search Consultant and later as an Executive Search Manager with the focus on FMCG, Logistics, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry. Before she joined CSP Partners she was managing the Executive Search Division in a leading Executive Search company specializing at the Pharmaceutical Industry. Within CSP Partners, Martina is specializing in FMCG, Life Science and Industry. Martina speaks Czech English, German and Russian.

Ing. Jan Velčic

Ján studied Economics at the University of Economy, Bratislava, Slovakia, graduated from Economics of Foreign Trade. Until 1990 he worked as Commercial Director in a foreign trade company. Ján has been in Executive Search since 1990, and is one of the first Czechoslovak HR Consultants. Before founding JV CONSULT and joined CSP Partners he held Managing Director Slovakia position with Korn/Ferry International in Bratislava, the world's premier provider of human resources solutions. Ján has spent the last years in senior level executives search, placing expatriates as well local executives. He speaks German and English, native Slovak and Czech.

Ing. Michael Blaschke

Michael graduated at the Technical University of Prague. He started his professional career in International Business as a chief of Export division of machinery assembling. He was working in managerial positions in Germany since 1984; he was responsible as CEO for setting-up a subsidiary in USA; he performed as a manager for Volkswagen in Wolfsburg and he was in charge of Czech and Polish market – he established production plants in both countries. After he returned to Czech Republic, he worked as General Manger and Interims Manager in several Czech and international companies (Automotive Industry). Within CSP Partners he is managing the Division of CSP Partners Interim Management, he cooperates on Executive Search and HR Due Diligence projects. His specializations are Mechanical Engineering, Assembling and Automotive Industry. Michael speaks Czech, English and German

Mgr. Igor Kamačai

Igor was born in Slovakia and studied clinical and communication psychology in Germany. Before joining CSP Partners he runs his own Management & HR Consultancy focusing on Executive Search and HR development. Before, he holds several top HR Management positions at international companies (automotive, production) in Western and Eastern Europe. He has long-term experience with HR development in different company cultures and is a certified trainer for GRID and NLP. Within CSP Partners, he is responsible for Executive Search, HR Due Diligence and HR Development project. Igor speaks Slovak, English, German, Hungarian and Russian.

Mgr. Simona Procházková

 Simona Procházková graduated at the University  J.A. Komenského in Prague, faculty of Andragogy and HR Management. Her professional career is focused on Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG.She worked in  the middle management of several international pharmaceutical companies. In the last years she worked as an external project manager for HR. Within CSP, Simona is specializing in assembling, pharmaceuticals, food and chemical industry. Simona speaks Czech, English and Russian. 

Bc.Zuzana Halfarová

Zuzana studied at the Faculty of Humanities at Charles University, Prague, later she graduated at Accademia di Belle Arti in Perugia, Italy and Universitad de Barcelona, Spain. In Italy she collaborated on the creation of educational programmes with the University of Perugia. In Prague she worked as a Project Manager on international educational projects and later as the Manager of an important educational institution. At CSP Partners Zuzana is responsible for Executive search and Cross-Border search. Zuzana Halfarová speaks Czech, English, Italian and Spanish.

Jan Horák

Jan graduated the University of Economics  in Prague and majored in Entrepreneural Finance and Business Administration. He worked and studied also in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. His professional career started in international FMCG company starting its activities in  CEE region. Within CSP Partners he is focused on Managerial and Technical positions for Automotive, Machining and Assembling.Jan speaks Czech, English, German and Russian.
